CNC Fast-speeding Wire Cut EDM DK77 Series
Wire-cut EDM machine adopts electrode wire (molybdenum wire, tungsten-molybdenum wire) as tool electrode and working fluid as medium, under the action of high frequency pulse power supply, spark discharge is formed between tool electrode and workpiece, and the discharge channel instantly generates high temperature , so that the surface of the workpiece is melted or even vaporized; and the wire cutting machine moves the electrode wire along the predetermined trajectory through the movement of the X-Y carriage and the U-V carriage, so as to achieve the purpose of processing the workpiece.
This model is widely used in molds, electronic instruments, precision machinery, auto parts, military and such other departments.
The configured large taper greatly expands the processing range of the wire cutting machine, for plastic-steel doors and windows special-shaped material forming molds, aluminum alloy door and window special-shaped forming molds, auto parts, TV sets, washing machines and other household appliances shell molding molds.
Do contour cutting, not requiring any design and manufacture of forming tool electrodes, which greatly reduces the processing cost and shortens the production cycle.

Directly use electric energy for pulse discharge machining, the tool electrode and the workpiece are not in direct contact, and there is no macro cutting force in machining, which is suitable for machining low-rigidity parts and small parts.
Regardless of the hardness of the workpiece, as long as it is conductive and semi-conductive materials can be processed. The kerf can be as narrow as 0.005mm, and only "nesting" processing is performed on the workpiece material along the contour. The material utilization rate is high, which can effectively save precious materials.
The moving long electrode wire continuously passes through the cutting area, the loss of the electrode wire per unit length is small, and the processing accuracy is high.
A water-based working fluid is generally used, which can avoid fire, being safe and reliable, and can realize continuous unattended processing day & night.
Usually used to process straight-walled surfaces on parts. Through X-Y-U-V four-axis linkage control, it can also perform taper cutting and process parts such as special-shaped bodies with upper and lower sections, curved surfaces with distorted shapes, and spherical bodies.
Blind holes and longitudinal doorway surfaces cannot be machined.
Processing mold are suitable for punching molds, injection molds, extrusion molds, powder metallurgy molds, bending molds, etc. of various shapes.
Electrode for general perforation processing, tapered cavity processing and fine and complex shape, as well as electrode materials such as copper-tungsten, silver-tungsten alloy, etc., are particularly economical to process by wire cutting.
It can be used to process complex shape parts such as material test samples, various types of holes, special gear cams, templates, forming tools, etc.
